Policy summary: Products can be returned when the customer pays the delivery charge.
Return conditions
- Contact SR Shop as soon as possible after receiving a wrong, damaged or materially different product.
- Keep the product, original packaging, accessories and invoice in returnable condition.
- Return acceptance is subject to inspection.
- Delivery/courier charges are paid by the customer unless SR Shop confirms otherwise for a specific case.
- Opened, used, hygiene-sensitive, software-activated or activation-locked products may not be eligible for return.
